Color Picker works oddly when using Windows Basic Theme
How to reproduce:
1. Make sure Windows Basic Theme is selected
2. Open attached project "865344-repro.zip"
3. Try to change Material color using Color Picker
Expected behavior: You can pick and change color
Actual behavior: Color Picker works oddly. Also, you can notice strange flashes
Reproducible: 5.4.4p1, 5.5.0p4, 5.6.0b4
Not reproducible: 5.3.7p3
