Color Picker tool picks the color from the desktop background when mouse hovers over MacOS windows/images
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("ColorPicker_Repro.zip")
2. Click on "New Material.mat": Project window > Assets > New Material.mat
3. Open any MacOS window (e.g. Image or System Preferences window)
4. Click on the Color Picker icon: Inspector window > Albedo > Pipette icon
5. Drag the mouse on top of the opened window
Expected result: Color Picker tool should pick the color from the opened window
Actual result: Color Picker tool picks the color from the desktop background
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.21f1, 2020.3.0f1, 2021.1.0b11, 2021.2.0a8
Notes:
- Bug also reproduces using the "Sprite Renderer" component's Color Picker tool
- The issue is not reproducible with Windows 10
- Tested with macOS Catalina 10.15.7

Resolution Note:
The issue is with the permissions not being given to Unity editor, Unity hub in Mac. Enable the Unity editor, Unity hub applications in System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Screen recording
