Color is not sourced with the Color Picker tool when choosing it from an Editor Window on another monitor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Game view window on the second monitor
3. Select "Directional Light" Game Object from the Hierarchy
4. In the Hierarchy select color picker for Light Color
5. Hover on the Game view on the second monitor
Expected result: The Color Picker sources the color from a Window on another monitor
Actual result: Color is not sourced with the Color Picker tool when choosing it from an Editor Window on another monitor
Reproducible with: 2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.10f1, 2022.2.0b1, 2023.1.0a3
Reproducible on: MacOS 12.4 (M1), MacOS 12.4 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: Windows 10
