Color Artifacts appear with compressed lightmaps
Steps for reproduction:
1) Download and open the project below
2) Open the scene `t1`
3) Ensure that `Compress Lightmaps` is enabled
4) Generate the lightmaps
5) Observe the color artifacts on the baked lightmap, there are green-ish or red texels on the lightmap
6) Disable `Compress Lightmaps` option
7) Observe that artifacts are gone
Notes:

- Backend agnostic problem, occurs both across Enlighten and Progressive Lightmapper
