[Collision] wheel collider phases through another collider
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project.
2. Open and play "AssetStorePackages > MUS80 toon car project folder > scene > Col" scene.
3. Hold up arrow key till car wheels phases through other colliders(Pictures attached).
Notes:
- Sometimes, instead of phasing, object turns upside down or flies to the air.
- Also reproduces when thick box collider is used instead of mesh collider for the ground.
