Collision normal used by OnParticleCollision seems wrong for steep inclines on terrain
To reproduce:
1. Open project BugReport_TerrainNormals
2. Open scene testScene
3. Enter play mode
4. Particles begin falling towards the terrain. The green ones bounce correctly, the red ones bounce up. This is caused by the steep terrain
