[Collision] Collision point appears below collision surface
Collision point is now appearing below collision plane in both world and planes collision modes.
Repro steps:
1. Open Particle_SubEmitters from attached project.
2. Press play.
3. Observe color dripping effect spawning sub emitters below cylinder.
Expected outcome: sub emitters to spawn on top of cylinder.
Notes:
- Regression: worked in 5.5.0b1, changed behavior in 5.5.0b2 onwards.
- Increasing the size of the cylinder does not change the behavior.
- Increasing the particle collision size fixes the issue.
