Colliders are not properly resized after being parented to another object via Transform.SetParent
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (BoxCollider)
2. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: the Box Collider is the size of the parent sphere
Actual result: the Box Collider is larger than the parent sphere
Reproducible with: 2018.1.5f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.0a8, 2018.2.2f1, 2018.3.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.8f1, 2018.1.4f1, 2018.2.0a7, 2018.3.0a3
