Collider edit mode disappears when using more than one Inspector
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open QA-attached project
2. Select GameObject in the Scene, lock one inspector while having another one open
3. Try to edit the Collider's boundaries or just click anywhere in the Scene
Expected: you can edit and the Collider does not disappear
Actual: the Collider disappears
Reproduced in: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.2.0b11, 2018.3.0a3
Notes: Works with any Collider
