CollectObjectHierarchyWithHideFlagFilter crash when creating a Prefab variant
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project
2. Go to Assets -> Resources -> Prefabs
3. Select the "Player1" Prefab/ make a Prefab Variant out of it
Reproduced in: 2017.4.26f1*, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.2f1, 2019.2.0b1, 2019.3.0a2*
Note:
*no Prefab Variant is needed, just click on the Prefab (Check Edit for further Stack Traces)
Photon Asset has no effect on the reproduction, deleting the whole folder did not prevent Unity from crashing either when creating a Prefab variant nor when just clicking on it
Also reproducible by removing any Script component from the Player1 Prefab

Resolution Note:
This no longer reproduces, but that said the Player.prefab is broken beyond repair because of a bug in older versions of Unity.
