CollectDependencies(SceneAsset) returns dependencies when called for empty scene
To reproduce:
1. Open attached example project
2. Open Assets/empty.unity and notice it's empty
3. Select Assets/empty.unity
4. Execute from the main menu BugReport/TestCode
5. Notice all the dependencies that are printed to the Console window.
