[Collaborate] shows 5000 uploading changes instead of 10000 when uploading over 10000 changes
Steps to reproduce:
1. open ExampleProject
2. go to Window-Services-Enable Collaborate
3. click Collab button and upload project to the cloud
4. prompt appears saying that only 10000 changes will be uploaded
5. click Yes
6. click Collab button to see the progress
Expected behavior: Collab window shows 10000 files are being uploaded
Actual result: Collab window shows 5000 (or 5001) files are being uploaded
Reproduced with: 5.5.0a5, 5.4.0f3
Note: Example project has over 10000 files.
