Collab Window with Collab Toolbar open makes race condition over who gets to set height and width first
To reproduce:
1. Create/Open any project and initialize collab.
2. Open Collab Toolbar Window.
3. Press on Collab Toolbar popup/button at top right
Expected result: Both windows look fine.
Actual result: Both windows look terrible, thei fight over the height/width, mp4 below
