[Collab] Publishing changes in Collaborate Window throws an InvalidOperationException error
Publishing changes in Collaborate window throws the following error in the Console:
InvalidOperationException: {"code": 18, "detail": "Operation is already running"}
Refer to the attached Video.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a New Project
2. Edit > Project Settings > Services > Collaborate > Set Organization > Create Project ID
3. Project Settings > Services > Collaborate > ON
4. Project > Right-click > Create > Material
5. Window > Collaborate > Publish
Actual Result:
InvalidOperationException: {"code": 18, "detail": "Operation is already running"} is displayed in the Console
Expected Result:
The change should be published without any errors in the Console
Occurring on:
2020.2.0a16 with 1.3.8
Working Fine on:
2020.2.0a15, 2020.1.0b14 with 1.3.8
Environment:
Windows 10 and macOS 10.14
