[Collab] "Collab History" buttons need to be pressed twice to perform the action
When Collab History button is pressed, Collab dropdown remains open. Clicking any button in the Collab History window once does not work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity > Projects > In The Cloud
2. Select a project from collab
3. Open Collab dropdown
4. Click on Collab History button
5. Click on Close or Maximize button of Collab History window
Actual result:
When Collab History button is pressed, Collab dropdown remains open. Clicking any button in the Collab History window once does not work
Expected result:
Clicking Collab History button should close Collab dropdown

Resolution Note:
Reproduced only on Windows.
This minor UI issue is not a regression as of 2017.1. This behavior will be fixed when the Collab Toolbar is redesigned later this year.
