Closed occlusion portal doesn't occlude an area
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select "GameObject (1)" in the hierarchy
3. Uncheck the "open" property under Occlusion Portal component
Result: the Object behind the Occlusion Portal are still visible
Reproducible on: 5.5.0b11, 5.5.0f2, 5.6.0a3
Not reproducible on: 5.4.2p4, 5.3.7p1
