Close button has a low definition in modal windows when using a 4K resolution
How to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Select “Window” → “Package Manager” in the main menu
3. Observe the close button in the modal window
Expected result: The button has high-definition graphics
Actual result: The button has a low definition and pixels can be seen
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.21f1, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a12
