Close and Toggle buttons are not working in the 'Draggable panel' scene of 'Unity Sample UI' asset.
Environment:
Windows 10
Unity 2018.1.0.a7
What happened
The toggle/close button in the draggable panel scene doesn't work.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Launch Unity.
2. Download 'Unity Sample UI' asset from the store.
3. Open the 'Draggable Panel' scene.
4. Hit run on the editor.
5. Click on the close button(X) and toggle button in the game window.
6. Observe that the buttons are unresponsive and clicking on them makes the panel unresponsive.
Working fine on: 2018.1.0a6, 2018.1.0a5, 2018.1.0a4, 2017.1.2f1, 2017.2.0.f3
