Clicking on Input Field to close its Touch Screen Keyboard, clicking on the same Input Field will not open the keyboard
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project or create a new one which uses Input Fields
2. Click on one of the Input Fields. Touch Screen Keyboard shows up.
3. Click on the same Input Field. Touch Screen Keyboard goes away.
4. click on the same Input Field. Touch Screen Keyboard does not show up.

Touchscreen keyboard appears and hides tapping 2x on uGUI input field. This was fixed in 4.6.1 but this again got broke in 5 and even in 5.2 latest release.
Please look into this matter.
