Clicking away from Unity window hides the TroubleShooter if it was open
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Troubleshooter
2. Click away from unity editor on any other window
3. Troubleshooter disappears
4. Click back on Unity, troubleshooter re-appears
Expected: Either disappear when clicking away for good or don't disappear at all
Actual: It disappears when you click away, so you can't read the information on it while having focus on another window
Reproduced on 2017.2.0b1
