Clicking away from the Inspector window after applying plugin import settings still opens the 'Unapplied Import Settings' prompt
How to reproduce:
1. Download a tester-attached plugin(assimp.dll)
2. Create a new Unity project
3. Import the plugin and select it
4. Change one of its settings and click 'Apply'
5. Click anywhere in the Project window
Expected result: no additional prompts are shown
Actual result: 'Unapplied Import Settings' pop-up is shown
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0b6, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a6, 2019.3.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.6f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.0b5, 2019.3.0a1, 2019.3.0a5
