Clicking Apply without making any new changes throws Null Refrence Exception with certain prefabs
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Search for the "Supply Overview 1" object in the Hierarchy Window
3. In the Inspector Window click Apply
4. Observe the console error
Expected result: Changes to the prefab are applied successfully
Actual result: Some prefabs from the null reference exception error
Reproduced in: 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.11f1
Not reproducible in: 2018.3.0b1, 2018.2.7f1
Fixed in: 2017.4.18f1
