Click on GameObject with “IPointerClickHandler” is not registered when having parent GameObject with “IPointerDownHandler”
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “BUG-InputSystemUIInputModule-IPointerClickHandler.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. In the Game window left, click with your cursor on a small panel
4. Observe the result
Expected result: Both big and small panels change color
Actual result: Just a small panel changes color
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.7f1, 2023.1.9f1, 2023.2.0b5
Reproduced on: macOS 13.4.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: reproducible in the Editor and Standalone Player (macOS)

What an absolute joke of a response that shows Unity learned nothing from the SRP debacle.
1: You want to replace a working system with a worse one.
2: Even if its better, a lot of us look at CSS and think "oh please no..."
3: Until UI Toolkit has feature parity and is stable, you should support the existing systems otherwise we end up in another rock and a hard place scenario of two bad choices.
4: Its 2025, this bug was reported in 2023. Is UI-Toolkit stable? Nope.....
