Clear Dynamic Data On Build does not clear data after a Clean Build when the Atlas Population Mode is set to "Dynamic" or "Dynamic OS"
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-98196” project
2. Open the “EmptySceneToBuild” scene in the “Assets/Scenes” folder
3. Make a “Clean Build” (File > Build Settings > Clean Build)
4. Observe the Robot-Regular font atlas.
Expected result: No additional characters appear on the font atlas
Actual result: An ellipsis and a hyphen appear on the font atlas
Reproducible with: 3.0.7, 3.2.0-pre.12 (2022.3.61f1), 6000.0.47f1, 6000.1.0f1, 6000.2.0a9
Reproducible environments: macOS 15.4 (M3 Max)
Not reproducible environments: No other environments tested
Note: The Editor logs can be checked to confirm (Roboto-Regular SDF.asset is not cleared - occupies 4mb of memory)
