Asset Bundles fail with "Clean up" error if Timeline window is open
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open "common_client" scene
3. Change the transform value of "Audio" to anything (different then before)
4. Save the Scene
5. Press "File-> New Scene" (the goal here is to NOT add it to the bundle)
6. Open the Timeline window
7. Open "Window->AssetBundle Browser"
8. Press "Build tab"
9. Press "Build button"
Expected result: bundles build, no errors
Actual result: asset bundle manifest is not generated properly, "Some objects were not cleaned up when closing the scene. (Did you spawn new GameObjects from OnDestroy?)"
Reproduced on 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.16f1, 2018.3.0b10, 2019.1.0a9
