Classes derived from System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary are not Serializable
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Select the "Dictionary" gameobject in the hierarchy
Result: Under the "Test" component there is no "Not Serialized Dico" data
This is a regression from 5.4, where "Not Serialized Dico" would appear.
Reproducible on: 5.5.0f3, 5.6.0a6
Not reproducible on: 5.4.3p3

I recreated this project and refiled the bug here, https://fogbugz.unity3d.com/default.asp?879989_o1n0o3pk06433jca. They said it's on their "TODO list," but didn't give a time frame or an acknowledgment that they broke existing functionality.
