[Cinemachine] Unable to open Package Manager when Cinemachine package is installed and its sample package removed
This issue is reproducible only with the attached project. Package Manager fails to compile and does not open as "FileNotFoundException" errors are thrown in console. Refer the attached video
Steps to reproduce;
1) Open attached project
2) Window > Package Manager > Select Cinemachine
Actual result: Package Manager does not open and "FileNotFoundException" is thrown in console
Expected result: Package Manager should open and no exceptions are thrown in console
Occurring on: 2020.2.0a1, 2020.1.0a26, 2020.1.0a23
Note: The project is made with 2020.1.0a23 and crashes on downgrading. I've tried deleting all temporary files and all assets from the project. I've also tried deleting Cinemachine and Timeline packages from package cache and have reproduced this bug in multiple systems
Environment: Occurs on Windows only
