Tooltip is missing for Default Blend in Cinemachine Brain
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Import-Package Manager > Cinemachine
3. Import Cinemachine > Cinemachine Example Scenes
4. Open Assets > Samples > Cinemachine > Scenes > 3rdPersonWithAimMode
5. Select Hierarchy > Main Camera > Inspector > CinemachineBrain
6. Hover the mouse on Default Blend
Expected Result:
The tooltip should have appeared
Actual Result:
Tooltip is missing for Default Blend
Reproducible on: 2021.1.0a1, 2020.2.0b8, 2020.1.10f1, 2019.4.11f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.15
