Cinemachine Hard Look At component is ignored when Cinemachine Third Person Follow component is present
How to reproduce:
1. Extract and open the attached “IN-125049.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“ scene
3. Observe the Game View
Expected result: MainCamera focuses on the "Player" GameObject because of the "Cinemachine Hard Look At" component on the CinemachineCamera GameObject
Actual result: MainCamera faces the horizon, ignoring the "Cinemachine Hard Look At" component on the CinemachineCamera GameObject
Reproducible with: 3.1.5 (6000.0.0b11, 6000.0.63f1, 6000.2.14f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a2)
