Cinemachine Brain loses damping when using "Fixed" Update Method
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. Select "Main Camera" in the Hierarchy project
3. Select "Fixed Update" as Update Method
4. Press Play
Expected result: Damping works, same as using other Update Methods.
Actual result: Damping breaks, camera stutters. (video attached)
Reproduced in: 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.20f1, 2018.3.0f2
Reproduced in: 2.2.7, 2.2.8 package versions.
Note: Could not test with 2019.1 versions, because Cinemachine package throws errors.
