[ChromeOS] Player window gets stuck when docked in the Split Screen mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1367589"
2. Switch the Target Platform to Android and Build the project
3. Deploy the project build to a Chrome OS device
4. Launch the Player
5. Drag the Player window to the side of the screen to dock it in a Split Screen mode
6. Once the Player window is docked, try un-docking it by dragging the top of the window
Expected results: The Player window can be un-docked by dragging it from the side of the Screen
Actual results: The Player window can't be un-docked by dragging it from the side of the Screen
Workaround - Minimize and the Player window and re-open it from the Taskbar. The Player window will then be unlocked and centered on the Screen. Alternatively, resize the Player window
Reproducible with: 2020.3.19f1, 2021.1.22f1, 2021.2.0b12, 2022.1.0a8
Could not test with: 2019.4.30f1(Chrome OS is not yet supported)
