Chrome NPAPI flag hint no longer valid
-e: with Chrome45 the NPAPI enabling flag is no longer available and thus our hint form UO2 is no longer valid
-repro:
--install latest Chrome45
--to to webplayer setup
--see hint
--go to chrome://flags/#enable-npapi
--NOTICE it is no longer there
