Yes
Children of the Canvas Group are not rendered, if Canvas Group game object was disabled in Start and later enabled
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the tester (canvasGroup.zip)
2. Open the "Bug Scene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Select "Group" object in the Hierarchy (a child of Canvas object)
5. See that it is disabled
6. Press Space to enable it
Expected: enabling the Canvas Group, which was disabled in Start, renders its children
Reproduced in 2017.1.0a1, 2017.2.0b2
Did not reproduce in 2017.1.0f3
Regression introduced in 2017.1.0a1
