Child Canvas' Sorting Layer is changed to the same value as the parent Canvas after interacting with Dropdown UI object
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Load SampleScene and enter Play mode
3. Select Template GameObject in the Hierarchy window (Canvas > Dropdown > Template)
4. Observe the Sorting Layer value in the Inspector window (Sorting Layer should be set to "test")
5. Click on "Option A" in the Game view
6. Observe the Sorting Layer value in the Inspector window
Expected result: Sorting Layer is set to "test"
Actual result: Sorting Layer is set to "Default" (see "sA3TZRXI9P.mp4")
Reproducible with: 2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.13f1, 2021.2.0b1
Could not test with 2018.4 (project breaks on downgrade)
