Checking the "Show / Hide Timeline Markers" option in the Timeline doesn't correctly redraw the Tracks in the "Locked" state
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Sequencing -> Timeline
3. Select any GameObject and create a Playable
4. Add any Track and lock it
5. In the Timeline Control Panel, check the "Show / Hide Timeline Markers"
6. Observe the tracks
Expected results: All tracks are correctly moved
Actual results: Locked tracks have visual artifacts and only fixed when the tab is redrawn
Reproducible with: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.1f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3
Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
