Checking and unchecking the "Display Shadows" makes a Look Dev window darker
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Rendering -> Look Dev
3. Go to Debug -> Check Display Shadows
4. Observe the Look Dev
Expected results: Look Dev window remains the same
Actual results: Look Dev window becomes darker
Reproducible with: 6000.4.0a1, 6000.4.0b5, 6000.5.0a6
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.66f1, 6000.3.0b6, 6000.3.6f1
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: If the tabs are black, they still become darker, but restarting the project resolved the black tabs
