[CharacterController] Dynamic collider ignores Slope Limit and gives force
Repro steps:
1) Open the project I attached and bug.scene in it
2) Play it and move with the character into the moving Capsule
3) Notice it launches the Player into the air (see .gif)
4) Change Slope Limit in the Character Controller component and notice it doesn't make any difference
Reproduced in: 5.4.0b2; 5.3.1p3; 5.2.3p3

This bug is quite a nuisance in terms of maps with large amount of convex meshes, creating instances of instant death of a player, or unwarranted increase in altitude.
Quite serious issue as it effects numerous aspects gameplay.
