Character Controller Physics cause capsule to be thrown in the air when exiting another collider
When the character controller is penetrating another collider, moving it outside of the collider can sometimes cause the character collider to launch high in the air.
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open test.unity scene
3. Enter play mode
4. Press down and hold S button
Expected result: The capsule walks out of the collider
Actual result: it is shot Upwards out of the capsule
