Changing the name of a single-sprite asset in the Project view breaks Inspector links to that sprite
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open test scene
3. Select and rename arrow1 asset in project tab
4. Notice that the UI Image's Source Image reference is now broken/missing
Workaround: Set Source Image after renaming sprite.
