Changing playback speed for referenced video from 0 to 10 breaks loop
To reproduce:
1. Import attached video
2. Drag video to scene
3. Select Loop on Video Player
4. Change playback speed to 0
5. Change back to normal or higher speed
Actual: Video stops playing
Expected: Video should loop
Reproducible: 2017.01b5
