Changing mipMapBias does not affect sprite renderer because MaterialPropertyBlock does not set it
To reproduce:
1) Open the project that I have attached and load 'test' scene
2) Run the scene and move slider in Game view to right
3) Notice that 'spriteObject' game object is not affected by a change of mipMapBias, which value you can see in the console.
