Changing any quality setting switches the standalone build from Exclusive Fullscreen to Fullscreen Window mode
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (qualitySettingsBug.zip)2
2. Build and run for PC standalone
3. Press Space to change the vSyncCount to 0
4. Observe that the game switches to Fullscreen Window mode
Expected: changing any quality setting doesn't make the build switch from Exclusive Fullscreen mode to Fullscreen Window mode
Reproduced in 2017.4.7f1, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.1.8f1
Did not reproduce in 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a5
Not reproducible in 2018.2.0f2
