Changing "Anchor Override" in Mesh Renderer of an object in Prefab mode throws errors

Scene Management

Steps:
1. Create a project
2. Add Cube and Empty child to it
3. Drag to Project Browser to make a prefab
4. Open Cube in Prefab Mode
5. Invoke Asset Selector of "Anchor Override" on Mesh Renderer component of the Cube
6. Switch to "Self"
7. Choose "Empty GameObject"

Transform has 'ReflectionProbeAnchorManager::kChangeSystem' change interests present when destroying the hierarchy. Interests must be deregistered in Deactivate.
