changing a Cloths Sleep Threshold unsleeps the object while the treshold is being edited
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Test scene
3. Enter play mode
4. Select GameObject (Plane)
5. Click on Sleep Threshold and drag it around
Expected result: The cloth remains sleeping until you move the treshold bellow the current force.
Actual result: Notice that when you increase the treshold enough for the cloth to go to sleep and then increase it a little bit more the Cloth unsleeps until you're done modifying the Treshold
