Changes on “ConfigurableJoint” don’t apply when the rigidbody has fallen asleep
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “ConfigurableJoint_2023_2_8.zip” project
2. Open “SampleScene” Scene (Assets > Scenes)
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the height of the third weight
Expected result: Weight is at the same height as “Expected Level” text
Actual result: Weight is not at the same height as “Expected Level” text
Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a20, 2023.2.11f1, 2023.3.0b8
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.0a19
Reproduced on: macOS 14.2.1 (Intel)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

- reproducible in the Editor and Standalone Player (macOS)
- not reproducible if waking the rigidbodies up if they have fallen asleep
