How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Press Edit -> Project Settings -> Player
3. Under the "Scripting Define Symbol" press the "+" button
4. Add a few symbols inside the element
5. Press the "Play" button to enter Play Mode
6. On the "Scripting Symbols Have Been Modified" pop-up window press the "Apply" button
7. Exit the Play Mode
8. Observe the "Scripting Define Symbol" elements in the Edit -> Project Settings -> Player

Expected result: changes are saved
Actual result: changes are not saved
