Certain toolbar icons are not visible
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_36837" project
2. Press "Tools" -> "ProBuilder" -> "ProBuilder Window"
3. Press "New Shape"
4. Observe the icons in the "Create Shape" window and ProBuilder Edit Mode toolbar
Expected result: icons are visible
Actual result: icons are not visible
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b10
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a9
