CefGlue causes the Editor to crash in cef_zip_reader_create when exiting Play mode
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (WebDev.zip)
2. Open "Default" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Exit Play mode
Expected: the Editor does not crash when exiting the play mode
Reproduced in 5.5.2f1, 5.6.2f1, 2017.1.0f2, 2017.2.0b1
Cannot test for regression due to us not supporting backwards compatibility
