Case-insensitive string reformatting of InputSystem fails when using Turkish localization
How to reproduce:
1. Install the Turkish language pack
2. Change Region and Language to Turkish
3. Open the “IToJump.zip“ project
4. Open the “SampleScene“ scene
5. Observe the “Jump.cs“ script
6. Enter Play Mode
7. Right Click on the mouse
Expected result: The “Sphere“ GameObject jumps
Actual result: The “Sphere“ GameObjcet does not jump
Reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.13f1, 2023.1.0b10, 2023.2.0a8
