Caret Blink Speed value range is too high
Steps to reproduce :
- create a new scene
- add an Input Field and notice that the value range for Caret Blink Speed is too high
The value range might confuse the users on how to set the speed. Setting any negative value has no impact as the caret does not blink. Setting anything above 10 takes too long time for the caret to blink.
